    Spencer Lane

    Spencer is the company’s founder and owner. An experienced contractor with the knowledge and skills to provide you with first-rate craftsmanship, he will oversee your project making sure it’s built to last.

  • Janie Lane Spencer Lane Construction

    Janie Lane

    Janie is Spencer’s wife and business partner of 34 years. In addition to managing many of the logistics within the business to make your build run smoothly, Janie provides a keen eye for design for our semi-custom and custom projects.

  • Abby Lane Spencer Lane Construction

    Abby Lane

    Abby, Spencer and Janie’s daughter, grew up right along with the company. An enthusiastic, young contractor, she is our primary project manager and will be your go to point of contact throughout your build.

  • Kay Murthwaite

    At the Gables at Kepley Farm, Kay is your teammate throughout the build. She will be there for you from start to finish beginning as your guide to options and locations and then becoming your liaison with all team members involved on your project.
