Abby Lane
Abby is a young, enthusiastic contractor with a strong passion for customer service and hands-on craftsmanship. She serves as the primary project manager for each home, working closely with a trusted team of subcontractors on a daily basis to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the construction process.
In addition to managing projects, Abby is deeply involved in the work itself, completing much of the grading for her homes and contributing directly to many other aspects of construction. This level of involvement allows her to maintain high standards, address issues efficiently, and ensure each home is built with care and integrity. For Abby, building a home is not just about the finished product—it’s about delivering a thoughtful, well-managed experience from start to finish.

Spencer Lane
Spencer is the founder and owner of the company and brings decades of experience in residential construction to the business. As a seasoned contractor, he built the foundation of the company on first-rate craftsmanship, sound building practices, and homes designed to stand the test of time.
Now stepping back a bit, Spencer remains actively involved as a trusted advisor and mentor. He and Abby can be found working as a dynamic duo on a regular basis. His experience and steady perspective continue to play an important role in maintaining the quality and integrity the company is known for.

Janie is the one keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She handles the essential day-to-day operations, including bookkeeping, permitting, and managing the office, ensuring that each project stays organized and on track.
While her work may be less visible on the job site, it is critical to the success of every build. Janie’s attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to our projects provide the structure that allows the rest of the team to focus on building high-quality homes and delivering a positive experience for clients.
